This tutorial is for Windows. Yes, I run Ubuntu although I expect the majority of you to run Windows.

Don't have the best version of Python? Download here: https://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.10/python-2.7.10.msi
Copy this code and save it to your desktop as 'youtube-dl.py' : http://raw.github.com/rg3/youtube-dl/2012.02.27/youtube-dl

Next, get a YouTube URL that you want to download into an mp4. 

Code:
Go to CMD and do the following:

cd desktop
youtube-dl.py PASTE YOUR YOUTUBE LINK HERE AND HIT ENTER

CD = change directory, make it easier to remember. Anyway, have fun!

Nah FreeBSD is what all the popular kids use ;)
I am a nerd so I spend days getting the perfect font pack to rice out the fonts.
