Have you ever been just sitting there at your desk, scapin' or some shit, then all of a sudden, you get a shooting, lasting pain somewhere in your body. I have one in my knee right now and holy god it fucking sucks! It doesn't hurt it's just there and is annoying..

My right shoulder is fucked so bad bro. I've lost a lot of functionality in it... I can't even hybrid anymore :l like I can pop in constantly, it hurts if I lift it up past a certain height.
