Don't go directly "after" her. You won't get it. And, it won't be something you'll from one day to another. Get to know her friends, but don't forget about her, get a few other friends of you, friends of her and she to go out some day.

okay okay, have some constructive advice.
you NEED to meet up with her.
in spite of todays generation primarily contacting eachother through texts, im, fb ect. It is still true that you make the best impressions in person.
dont get me wrong, you can chat to girls and maybe they will eventually like you, but thats more chancey, so heres my tips:
girls like being told nice things about themselves, but not too much, a compliment when you first meet up every time is good enough.
girls like tastefull fashion, (if they are quite fashionable themselves)
the main reason to meet up face to face is because its your chance of making your move. ;D
and don't do boring normal shit like the movies, take a walk and chat, at first i'd stick to talking about her and only talking about yourself when perhaps telling some funny stories you may have..? but yeah, remember that too, girls like talking about themselves.

And I am trying to meet up with her. She wanted me to go with her to get her tattoo before we went to the movies, but I had to cancel because I'm going out of town. So dissapointed :'(

Look on the bright side, if she wanted you go to with her places, she probably likes you to some extent, so just pick another date with her when you're not going anywhere.

I think she's starting to like me. I'm also trying everything possible to hang out. We will hopefully get to hangout next sunday if I can convince my parents for us to come home saturday.
