Well Sector did say he's leaving so why would the ban even matter? I mean i don't think the other members stating their opinions should be banned but its up to the staff really.

Either way whatever I don't even care, that is all fine. I just don't want any accusations going around if no proof is going to be posted. Maybe I misinterpreted what I had read, and seen you edit the post, and assumed you changed it idk... @Narc didn't tell me shit, or change my opinion on literally anything posted on this thread, it is all me.

Talking shit on me is one thing but calling me corrupt without proof is getting pretty fucking old. I have never done anything remotely close to corrupt and I do not appreciate the bullshit.

Why would the ban matter? Because he'd be banned for an opinion, not because he did something wrong. People like to take shit to the heart, which results in them getting the hammer.

Seriously though, I know there are rules. Wasnt there a thread saying 1 month ban for insulting staff? Irregardless of that, silly jokes people made shouldnt get them banned. That whole Shot thing was saddening, he wasnt even going to chargeback until he was permed. @Poop being banned for a silly comment. I mean, high quality members that like to have fun shouldnt be banned for keeping the forum entertaining.

And, I reitterate because its important, people making jokes at staff's expense in good humor doesnt make the forum like middle school. It makes it entertaining and makes people want to come more because there is shit to do other than the marketplace.

You didn't tag the person in the beginning that you where making accusations about so I cannot make a response accurately towards it until I can properly have an explanation whilst knowing the situation/claim at hand.

@Shot was not permed until AFTER he charged back. only after, he had only like 1-3 month ban until he charged back which made it perm. But yet I don't know anything, let's all believe the stupid fuck that charged back, and is forever banned. Not the person who has dedicated the past 3+ years every single day in nothing but the good for/towards the site.

@Poop has had so many warnings, and when he was pardoned he was warned VERY VERY VERY thoroughly that if he did exactly what he did, he would be banned. But again let's just go on and believe a guy that does absolutely nothing but spam, and bring drama over the guy that sometimes doesn't sleep to make sure FK is safe for each and every member here.

What staff "jokes" are you talking about that reproduced in someone getting banned? Yet one more accusation I cannot make an accurate response on until I know what you are talking about specifically...

You are not being very descriptive.

There was no award owned by you, and no proof of it as I told you. In which is even within your very seldom "proof" I guess you provided in the aim chat. I also said if you can provide evidence you had an award, and that you did not sell/transfer it to someone else that I would HAPPILY absolutely happily, with complete apology + refund if said proof was provided. But Sorry fuck no I am not going to just hand out an award every time someone claims they had an award and it just disappeared in thin air. If I did that I may as well convert my religious views to all these bible thumpers that are spammed to my house due to me simply owning FK.

Definition of "Claim" ; State or assert that something is the case, typically without providing evidence or proof.

This should be enough proof. I've tried to talk to you about this, but all you've asked for is "proof". I don't know if I showed you this thread before, but yeah. Also if you want, I'll dig through my PMs to try and find the PM I sent you stating that the award was given to @187

If that's not enough proof, then idk what else there is. I remember coming back and asking him where the award went. He was extremely upset about it and I don't think anyone would try to get the award back for as long as hes been trying if it wasn't truly his/hers to begin with.

If @187 sold the award, you should have a PM from him stating that he's sold the award to someone and they're going to pay the transfer fee. If you don't see that and he doesn't see it in his sent messages, then there you go.

Unfortunately I delete my PM's fairly regularly so that would not help at all. Social engineerers are not social engineerers by not coming out to be upset at times to gain what they are after.

The problem is that back then pm proof was not required he could have asked to transfer it via a messenger at that time.
(Even while he was banned) If he had done that there still would be no proof, you both could also have deleted your PMs just as easily as me. When you delete your PM's and empty your trash can they are really gone, like gone gone for good. I presume yes I could look at old back ups and look but honestly I feel it is a waste of time, and alot of work for something that could still have been deleted for said presumed loophole I guess you could call it.
 
Sad to see you go @Sector. And I think it's pretty sad that this thread is causing so much shit between everyone.
