The Ex-Staff award truly isn't that rewarding, hence why I don't have it myself because no one in their right mind can say I didn't do much. I'm kidding of course, everyone claimed I didn't do "much".

I think at one point to earn the Ex-Staff award you must have been Staff for a certain period of time, as well as resign at your discretion. If I am recalling correctly, the award was probably revoked because you were only Staff for a month.

I'll miss you, your graphics, and your honesty. You were one of few users that deserved their staff positron, and it's a real shame to see you leave.
Despite the disappointing news, the choice to leave is completely understandable and is justified by the lack of respect that you and others have received.
Good luck with whatever you end up doing, it was nice to have your company while it lasted.

Philly, Im going to go ahead and say this because you know I have nothing against you and Narc and I help you out. Please dont take it personally.

This site doesnt have enough relevant members for all of these silly perms. Yes, I understand the numbers and activity are growing every day. However, the site is going to die or at least become unstandably low quality soon. Examples like Prime's or Brennan's ban are perfect examples. Sure, I understand in some extreme cases such as @LSX 's the ban was deserved. But honestly, things like this arent helpful. A 1 week ban for insulting staff, maybe. But perm is ridiculous. Cmon Philly, I know you're stressed, but this is depressing and is the reason why pivotal members such as @Trilogy and @megaman are leaving.

Communication is everything? I redeem MP and do favors for you, but when I request a vouch for the service, it's overlooked and you request more.

Why does everyone keep bringing up the award? I don't even care about the award. Jesus Christ. Everyone is making a big deal about it. I asked Narc. He said I did barely anything. That's what it was about.

I also never said you were corrupt. Jesus. I asked if anyone is corrupt enough to delete my thread when it has broken no rules. It's practically rebellious, which is why I wouldn't expect it to last. You're putting words in my mouth when I'm not even targeting you. Yes, Narc has done a few corrupt things. Nothing major. We all know it.
