Does Blur ever finish what he says?

Sorry if this is offensive to Blur in any way, but I have seen in countless threads "I will do this when I get home from school." Then a week goes by and still no post with the GFX. I know he is busy, but if he is he should promise what he can handle, not a tonne and never do them don't you think?
