My nephew borrowed my Assassins Creed game, and took horrible care of it, and there is a tremendous ammount of scratches on it. Somehow, it still runs, but there's no way I can sell it with all those scratches on it. Does anyone have any ideas?
Sir Vant said:No, any liquid you put on will damage it unless it's like the super expensive shit they use in shops.
A shop where I live does disc repairs, I don't know if it gets rid of scratches but if your game doesn't work they can fix the disk.

Shoe Polish.
Vaseline.
Eyeglass cleaner.
Any of the above products will work. Put a small amount on a clean, lint-free cloth and rub in a circular motion, starting from the center and working your way out.
If you use toothpaste, rub it onto the disk, way for it to try then wash off with warm water. Don't do this though as it can leave smudges and is generally less effective.

I've tried rubing alcohol alone. That actually makes the games run better, but doesnt fix scratches any.
