Does anyone get addicted to energy drinks or ever get the urge they they need one after another?

I kinda get this way sometimes but yet I'm just like ill be fine without it.

That's a hard one, It would be either Monster or Redbull.

Energy drinks such as Monsters are very bad for you, they contain so many artificial ingredients, however I am addicted to some energy drinks such as Sobe.

Recently however I found a new alternative to mainstream energy drinks, my preferred drink is now Bai 5.

I get really addicted to Monster or rockstar guava ;l & end up drinking loads per day!
I know it's bad for you so I try not to & stop for months but I always end up being addicted again later on lol

I tend to be careful with energy drinks I tend to treat them like medicine where I don't even drink the whole can, sometimes I am lucky if I drink half. But I guess its possible to become addicted to these because there is caffiene in them and caffiene is addictive. But I have heard reports about how dangerious these can be if you exceed more then one in a period of time. Some recommend not having more then one a day. I guess I can also understand that because we have caffiene in other things as well that we consume such a tea and coffee.

I drink them as part of my workout but I am sure that I have not reach the point that I can call myself an energy drink addict. I drink them after workout to hydrate my body and have some additional energy. I like Redbull.

Most of my 16 years old son's friends are addicted to Red Bull or some other type of energy drink! I have warned him about this after I find out that he seems to just want this type of drink. It is not very good for you and you can depend it for the daily dose.

I used to be super addicted to Rockstar Cola because it is one of the most amazing Colas I have ever tasted. Although I rarely see it in stores anymore so I cry t_t I miss it.
