Does anybody know the status of this Gamertag?

I'm looking for a specific Gamertag that is the name of a black Marvel superhero whose initials are L.C. The account in question is on a fresh silver and I remember it being sold on a separate forum a while ago. If the owner or anyone with some information on it could speak with me I would really appreciate it.
