Within the next 10 years, more or less.

no one knows. Once a tag is inactive for 7 years then it is eligible to be reset. That doesnt mean it will reset though.

Nobody knows when. It could be tomorrow, it could be in 6 months, or it might happen after the 720 comes out. Nobody knows for sure.
