do you think ice cream is good

For me some time i use to take ice cream but i think that it will effects me or what,i am scared but i didn't stop to take.so do you think ice cream is good?

Ice cream do taste good, but sometimes it hurts my tooth. There are some benefits from ice cream but mainly it's just a treat.
