Do you take cold or hot showers?

Im a hot, hot shower taker. I really cant take a cold one. Never really could. Do you like a hot or cold shower?

I love to use hot water for a shower and even for my puggy bunch. Hot shower relaxes my mind and body. It helps me to exfoliate the dead skins and now i have a good skin tone. My pet also have his good fur and i think it's because of the hot shower. Just always remember to use lotion after your hot shower to moisturize your skin.

i prefer a hot shower because it is very relaxing..

I prefer hot shower, cos It makes me relaxing and I believe, that it whitens my skin due to pores are open.

I prefer a shower not cold and not hot. Just a little warm. Also the weather here in our country is not cold so we dont really need to take hot shower.

Well it depends on the season fren what shower you will be taking. In winter i don't think and imagine taking cold shower and taking a hot shower in the summer. But taking shower i like it

I can never take cold showers too. Just thinking of it gets my spines chilled.
Anyway but I still can't take hot baths too. I like to take lukewarm baths. It refreshes me and gives me a sound sleep later :Smile:

i dont like cold shower..i prefer warn water because i feel more relaxing its good also for our blood circulation.

Hi there! I both take those showers. I take hot shower when I didn't feel good and when the weather is too cold for me. It's not that good for me if I force myself to get a cold shower when I'm not feeling well. I love to take shower in those summer days! I want that because it will make me feel cool even if it's summer time. :Wink:

My place is very cool so the water also very cold making me very difficult to take bath..That's why I like hot water bath..Warm water bath is best for health..

For whatever is appropriate for the weather, that is my choice, it'll sound awkward that if you are living in hot places and you'll still do the hot shower thing.... I know that there are AC's built for houses, but still cold shower is the best thing to ease out "hot" season.

Warm shower is best when it's winter time, or whenever the weather seems too cold. That relieves coldness for me.
