You are correct, but the habit of drinking milk remains up to childhood only. When I grown up, I started to drink tea, coffee only. Automatically I started to dislie drinking milk from then. However, drinking milk is good for the health of both adults and children, as you said.

Yes, I still drink milk but not everyday, I only drink if I have money to buy it. It helps me sleep earlier every time I drink milk. As we know that it is good for our body because of the calcium it produced. I even eat milk powder.. Then, I am using milk too with my cereals.
