Since i was a child i saw a man/women smoking and when i grow up and finished my high school and college day i still saw someone smoking. I ask my self what is it smoking cigarette? what does it do why people smoke? How does it helps them from smoking?

How about you? do you smoke?

No, i don't. I really hate smoking and people who doesn't care about others who can breathe the smoke from their cigarettes. Here in the Philippines, At least, they made a law recently about being responsible to others condition. Usually, People used to light their cigarettes in a crowded places and they don't really care about the people who hated smoking. It is important that you, smokers, are responsible of your doings. Be kind to everybody. If you know that you are addicted to smoking, you must go to the places where nobody can smell and take the smoke from you. Be responsible! :)
 
There is a topic about smoking before. I think there are two. Please read the threads before posting another one which has the same line of thought so that it wont be tagged as a duplication. This is just a friendly reminder so that if you ask for payment you won't wonder if ever some of the threads you posted are scrapped. Happy earning!
 
i don't smoke but i've tried :Laugh:
i really don't get the sense of smoking, i think you're just making fun of the smoke since you kind of sip it and then you spit it or let it out haha.
for some, it's one of their hobbies. i have friends who smoke and i really don't stop them because everybody knows what it will do to your body, i let them have their own freedom and be happy with what they do, :Devil:

Good to know that you are not a smoker. I just don't get it sometimes why people smoke? why are they so addictive on smoking.
 
for me i don't smoke even i was in high school because i would not get any good in doing that thing
 
Nope. And I don't think I will ever do. I hate smoking, and I'm aware of all the negatives about them. So I just stay away from smoking.
 
I've never smoked and my parents too. I think it's a matter of education. Anyway, we all know that cigarettes are bad for health and those who try to stop are unable to do it cause of their addiction.

So my advise IS: "Never start smoking so you'll never feel the need to smoke!"
 
no i didn't smoke and i will never in my life also,and i hate the people who smoke,i think it is not good for health,and if we saw somebody smoking we have to tell them please stop,it is not good.
 
smoke bad and i m a not smoker and i heat this smoking and smoking is very very big and bad abet so i heat this smoking .
 
Not any more, I used to smoke until 2004, but not any more. I give credit for quitting to my daughter who used to look at me whenever I lighted a cigarette and would see me as if she was saying to quit it. Therefore I thought it right to quit it.

I don't smoke but I have tried it many times. But I'm glad I'm didn't get addicted to it. In college I tried a few with my friends but didn't really like it. When I worked in casino there are many players who smoke that was why I had to smoke too so I won't become the second hand smoker. But still I didnt get addicted to it.

No, I don't smoke. But I've tried it before, out of curiosity.
I realized there's nothing to it really. Maybe to some people it has this psychological effect that relaxes the nerves when they're upset or bothered.

I already use this and I think all humans have their own kinds of wants. So, some have to drunk alchohol and some wants to smoke cigarettes. I only really smoke about half a pack a day though and sometimes less. I also don't smoke in areas full of people, I do it outside where there is lots of space for people to walk around me and I actually enjoy doing it more when I'm alone and don't have people looking and judging me. Some non-smokers assume all people when they smoke, blow it in their faces and it's annoying because I don't do that.

I never like the smell of a cigarette.
I did try to smoke when I was in highschool,but I cough a lot and made my throat sore.
But i never tried again thu my friends insists.
That was the first and last time I did ever try smoking and I hate to smell the smoke when someone is smoking near me.
