Do you personally welcome every new member?

I still feel like I'm at that stage where I have to personally welcome each new member, but as the number of new sign-ups increases I know I won't be able to keep it up forever. Do you still personally welcome (that is, NOT by automated email or PM) each new member who posts an introduction, or do you leave that to other members?

Sometimes, I do welcome a new member however, sometimes I don't. I guess it mainly depends on the AMOUNT of work I have to do and how long I think that work would take.

Conclusion:
I welcome some members but not all members.

Yes, I do. But that is mainly because I'm only Moderator on small forums, so It isn't really much stress.

I make sure to welcome every member in different ways. I do not write the same welcome message to every member.

Most of the time I do welcome every new member, unless I somehow missed it when I click on "View active Topics"

I welcome some of, but not all. It's too odd if you welcome all the new comers.

I try to welcome new members as I think it shows activity. However, if a board reaches a certain level of activity it's too hard to do so and not worth doing.

I welcome each member in the introduction topics. I occassionally miss one, but that is fixed with "Show unread topics"
