Do You Have Enough Of Fiber In Your Regular Diet?

We must have good amount of fiber in our daily intake of food, so that there won’t be any problem in digesting the food and also to maintain a healthy gut! Having fresh vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, beet roots, onions, lettuce, Cabbage etc in the form of salads in one of the good way of adding fiber to our diet! I love to have salad in my food! Do you have Salads in your food to increase the Fiber content? Your response will be highly appreciated!
 
Actually i don't know if i have enough of fiber on my regular diet but i know it is important for our HEALTH.
 
hmm i usually use salad with my regular food but i did't know that it includes fiber in it which is very important for our body... thx ..
