well as a Filipino we cant remove the rice diet :laugh: every meal we have, breakfast, lunch, dinner or even some desserts. we eat lots of RICE :laugh:

For us Filipinos, rice as carb constitutes most of our diets. And regularly we eat rice three times a day. Only when on diet do I skip rice at night. I can't imagine not having it in a day. I have been accustomed to it since my younger days.

yes mate,,every meal i prefer there is rice. because its heavy in our stomach.just now i heard about garlic rice..there is garlic rice mate,of maybe fried rice with garlic you mean?.

we Filipinos love rice, its our favorite especially if it is matched with chicken adobo. its part of our everyday meal, if there's an instance that i didn't have rice for my meal i feel totally incomplete and hungry as ever. i love it, even if i'm on diet i still consume rice only in small amount.

Yes, I eat rice. It is so normal here in the Philippines. We sometimes call the garlic rice "sinangag". But if there is extra budget, I prefer bread or pasta. Rice is so high in carbohydrayes and it is easy to get fat. Some celebreties here in my counrty disregard eating rice because of its high carbo content. They say that it is easy to lose weight when not eating rice

Rice is my staple food and I can't live without it in every meal. I'm used to it and nothing beats eating plain rice. But I was also accustomed on eating rice with curry and some other stuff on it (that's because my Syrian ex-beau can't stand eating plain rice). Nevertheless, I eat rice every meal and everyday!

hi good day, since im on diet i eat only fruits and bread with a glass of fresh milk thats my daily meal ,sometimes i eat 1 cup of rice for my lunch only.i am body concious hehe.:Smile::Smile::Smile:

I.m Indonesian and rice is our primary food, so rice is pretty much staple food, but its paired with like a different dish, I’d say give thanks to the fact i have rice to eat everyday. Oh, and it wouldn’t be a meal without rice.
