The Reproductive Health bills, popularly known as the RH Bill, are Philippine bills aiming to guarantee universal access to methods and information on birth control and maternal care. The bills have become the center of a contentious national debate. There are presently two bills with the same goals: House Bill No. 4244 or An Act Providing for a Comprehensive Policy on Responsible Parenthood, Reproductive Health, and Population and Development, and For Other Purposes introduced by Albay 1st district Representative Edcel Lagman, and Senate Bill No. 2378 or An Act Providing For a National Policy on Reproductive Health and Population and Development introduced by Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago.:Alien:

yes i do, there is nothing harm on controlling the number of family members, actually this is good in the part of the parents because they can give the good future that they plan for the family and they will also give the good attention for their kids.

Me too! some people just dont understand this.

And I am one of those people who don't understand why we should agreed in this bill. Yeah, it honestly could control the population here in the philippines but we should be careful that it will be taken advantage by teens. Nowadays, we must admit that the children are much aggressive rather than the old time kids. They are very open about the pre marital sex. Maybe it is better to make a good educational values that will strengthen the children's knowledge about families, pre marital sex and reproductive system. I think that is enough instead of having funds to condoms, pills or other types of contraceptives that will be the cause of being in an aggressive country.
