Alright so first off, I understand that dealing offsite was my first red flag. No need to remind me. Bottom line is this guy was going to sell me a stat twitter for $50 and I really wanted it so I was dumb enough to go first and everything and I got scammed. Now I have never opened up a paypal dispute or charge back but I was wondering if anyone can help me win my money back. i will pay if money is won back. I have proof that I did get scammed and I'm not trying to scam someone. If anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Did you send as a gift or as a service?

You could always try the old "My account was compromised!" thing, which is why I always use a VPN when sending money via PayPal.
I'll be honest dude I have no idea what that means. I have no knowledge of paypal whatsoever except for the fact that I use it to send money to emails when buying an SM.

@Blast kik me right now, my kik is Whale , I will help you out.

It didn't ask me. I sent it on mobile and I checked "Friends and Family"

Again, probably a really dumb mistake.

If you sent as friends and family, the only way to open a dispute is to call paypal and say the seller instructed you to do so.

Don't try the whole "my paypal account got compromised" scheme, if you paid from your home computer and IP it usually won't work.

When I cb'd on @666 I did it off my home, just said my "son" was sending payments off my account while I was still logged on

what was the @ if you don't mind me asking?

"offsite" / "I went first"

OT: I'm sure there are a few people that are good with that, but personally I would stay away from paypal.
