Not needed. More people should just utilize the upgrade sections.
 
I think they should be able to view it, just not open threads.
 
I agree with this 100%, I have given away 70 skypes in 24 hours and most have probably been taken by guests.
 
I agree with this as it's a terrible chance for people to leech.

But people sometimes want to do competitions oh gracious and powerful admin, they want to see who can get it the fastest. But the shitty guests just take it right up, even though the giveaway was intended for us forum members.
