Disallow guests to view giveaways section

Well it's clearly obvious they're leeching our shit.

I just think not allowing guests to view that section would be a good idea.

I agree with this. Guests shouldn't be able to claim things over regular members, in my opinion.

This is an easy problem. Just make a new section that differentiates "Giveaways" & "Contests". Guests can only view the contest page where as they have to be registered in order to view the Givaways page.

Makes more sense to not let them view anything. Might as well keep it as one instead of going through the trouble of making to different sections and blocking one. Not only that but why would they even want to view contests. They'd have to register in order to enter anyways.

They should be able to see the section/thread/etc. Just not the OP, or it should do the thing HF does, and says they need to be registered to see.

You answered your own question.

If anything, by letting them view the "Contests" page they can see all of the (Hopefully) high quality contests being held and persuaded to join.

Then if they join, there's more of a chance that they'll purchase upgrades, eg. Money for FK.

Use dem brains, son.
