Idk if this already disabled but I believe it should be prevented to register again if your ip is already registered under a user.

This will prevent scamming drastically.

And I'm guessing this will never happen.

This will most likely never happen bec it's too much work for Philly and it's too expensive for him most likely.
 
This isn't that hard to do and there's no point. You can manually change your IP address in your router settings.

That's actually not true at all. I have a static IP address and I can still change my MAC Address which changes my IP Address. You are right though, it will decrease multi-accounting.
 
I agree with this, would help out with weeding out the multis.
 
I think this is a really good idea. Too many retards in the PSN section especially.
