Honestly I dislike them both.

They look like a hybrid dekstop/youtube background. Like you took all the layers from a youtube background and move it to a 1280x720 canvas and called it a desktop background.

Why on earth would anyone use that as a youtube background that would look ugly as fuck.... no one puts a big lightroom text render on a youtube background...

You must haven't been designing for a long then. That's one of the most common ways to make a youtube layout and also by far the most over-used and simple.

I have for about 2 years, and most people user logo renders, not text.
