Maybe decrease the amount of reputation Onyx can give and give the new group the ability to give 5 reputation.

I think I have just came up with a solution.

If I did it to 10. I would 100% increase staff to probably like 20. At the very least 15. But probably 20.

Right now the current reputation is,
Donator = 1
Onyx = 5
Mods = 7
Staff = 10
Admin = 1,000
