Deans turbo [Geschenk 4.0]

I have this turbo and have been using it for a while. I have not turboed even one tag. I was wondering if this turbo is even that good compared to other ones. I was wondering if you guys have any good turbo programs that are on the market that you think are better/faster. Please tell me the name of the program!
