That kind of a download speed, it's the highest I remember ever having.

Pay for 12Mbps and I get this

It's a little bit ridiculous that you pay for 12mbps and you don't get it. I'd be pissed. You should call your ISP and tell them about it.

I pay 20 USD/month, I don't really care that much and it's already 5 times the speed it was before I moved.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I pay for mine. But as I said I'd be pissed if they promised me 10+Mbps.

I was saying that this was fast for me seeing as I'm used to getting like .6ish for a DL speed from speedtest.net

It's not really a big deal for me unless I'm trying to play my vidya games and someone else is watching Netflix, that shit pisses me off.

Pretty much the same for me. This speed has to compensate for 4 people at peak times.

My brother, mother and her boyfriend and obviously me. It gets annoying.

Op, my speeds are higher then yours, but my average dl speed is same as yours
 
I only pay 30$ a month for this, and holy hell Storm. That shit is amazing.
