I am CTF pro as you cans see. but yet I still see all the ads. Its not that big of a deal , I am just saying.

I'm speaking to pirata about this. It appears the exempt groups are only exempt if they are set as additional groups and not primary.
Check on your forum Philly because it should be the same for you.
