What would I need to run CS:GO? Any old laptop or does it need to have specific specs, fps speed etc

As I'm thinking about getting into it :)

It's a phrase haha, by "any old" I mean can it run on near enough anything? 

As I don't want to lag as that shit makes me lose it

The average computer (presumably not brand new) will get 30-50 frames.

Can 100% vouch for this comment. 
Pretty much lost my voice the other day, it's also great because their best comebacks are "noob" and they mention how shit you're doing in-game. It's brilliant. 

But yeah it's very rage in-juicing so if you get angry easy and throw things when you're angry it's not really a good idea for you to get it.

I'd also say don't get it if you don't really have a desk/mouse to use because it would be very hard on laptops to use a mousepad; although I have seen people play it with a mousepad.
