But you have to think about power consumption, the 750ti takes about 300w of power, and the 660 takes about 450w. But you have to factor in load etc.

Yeah very true.  The best option IMO would be to spend a couple extra bucks and get the R9!
But that's up to you.
 
You say lowest settings, but what res?

Make sure you use 4:3 with a shit computer.

It looks ugly as fuck but if you want better do it.

Only if stretched.
Black bars = best FPS.

But my comp isn't shit and can run CSGO 4k w/ max FPS.
 
Omg. An R5?! I'm using a R7 360 and I'm getting 300+ fps

No problem. I personally think it's pretty good for the price. Just upgrade your graphics card and hopefully you'll be fine. Get an R7 or a R9 if you can
