Crowns added + Theme fixes

I've done quite a few updates today. Fixed numerous parts of the theme.

I've also added crowns beside a username if you're in a specific group.
VIPs colour has also been changed to yellow.

We also have new posting icons when posting a new thread.

The crowns look great.
I don't notice a change in the theme though.

Road Kamelot, they're simple changes, such as reputation colour, new buttons etc.
