Talked to my Coach today and although I already graduated he's going to let me be on the team until I leave for the Army.
Cross country probably changed my whole life around lmao, that and weight training.

I definitely recommend cross country for anyone that is looking for some good friends + to get into really good shape / lose a shit load of weight.

I went from 12 minute mile to 6 minute mile.
From 190 lbs to 145 lbs.

Ran my 11th grade year then got a job my 12th grade and couldn't do it, I really regretted that so I am doing it now until I leave, which is piratically the whole XC season. Feels good xD

Glad to hear that you have gotten your-self I shape, I am currently about the same grade and weight you used to be and am going to go biking in the state park near me, hopefully going to get my life on track as well just as how you have done.

Glad to hear that you'll be staying for most if not all of the season.

I never did cross country, my stamina was always good since I played a lot of sports. To this day it's been good.

I used to play Soccer, basketball and volleyball 2x a day till my knees fucked me over.

Can't play for another year, so I'm getting fat and lazy.

i'm fucking slim so i dont work out that much, lifting weights about 2 hours total per 5 work days. I do PE when i go to school oftenly, i use to go sprinting but stopped, i also use to go to basketball... thinking of going canoing maybe with my friends
