My Gamertag unbanned.
It got banned for asking for people accounts,
However it has 8 consoles.
Couldn't I phone Ms and say I had it hacked and then retrieved it banned after hours of trying to get it back.
I give them my Xbox serial number and they check if it's on another console.
Obviously I give them the correct details of the tag.
And then say the 'hackers' tried to sell my account when they stole it.

Would this work? What are the chances?

Unless if you have proof of it being hacked it wouldn't get unbanned.
