Takes like less than an hour to get to the level for oak larders, I think theres an aio construction bot, but its quicker by hand cause you'd be changin up methods and getting butlers and makin the rooms and stuff.

It cost me 7m for 55 to 75 doing oak larders. You can do the math for 33 to 55.
