Construction Question

I was hoping to get maybe 70 construction to build myself a cool house. Could someone maybe recommend me a spending budget to obtain this level? Just like a rough estimate of gold needed to go 15-70 construction?

^^ just to get the level. If you want to setup a cool house put around 130M and for the best one 400M-500M

You should do whatever you can to 33, then once you get 33, do oak larders to 70. I heard oak larders were the fastest xp.

Just make the highest thing you can.
