Console Banned

Last Night I was console banned and my friend was just permanant banned.
this was my third strike and it was his first and I got console banned but he doesnt know that he can make a new account so me and him are trading consoles because he wants to trade his in and I wanna still play xbox. anyway would gamestop take a console banned xbox is my question because he is gonna give me his xbox and he trades in my console banned one.

also for future reference is there a way to get unbanned

im pretty sure gamestop wouldnt know that its console banned or not, unless they connected it to the xbox live

I've taken my old Xbox to GameStop before and they don't connect it to LIVE. They just plug it up and put in a game to test it.

Well Im not the one taking it my friend is because we got banned at same time exept im console and he is perma banned but he doesnt wnna play xbox no more so he is giving me his xbox so i dnt have to buy a new one and i am giving him my console banned one so he can trade it in
