As for your question: We do not need a moderator. Six Staff team members should be able to adequately moderate the forum with out the help of a moderator. If, for whatever reason they are unable to, they need to use their time more efficiently. I'm going to contradict my own statement here and say that a Dispute Korner moderator would be a nice addition to the team. It was neat when @Cann!bal moderated the Dispute Korner. It's a rather large weight lifted off the shoulders of the Staff team because it can be time consuming.

Not to get of topic, I am just answering your question. Once again, congratulations, @"Narc".
