Computer Troubles

Hey everyone, i was just here wondering if anyone has a solution for this.

Ok, so i've tried logging into Facebook, RuneScape and various sites.

I click login, the page will take ages to load and it will show a page saying it cant load etc....

I'm here asking you guys if you have any idea why this is happening, i have called my internet provider its not them, they say its the computers anti-virus and firewall.

I've disabled them both and tryed still nothing, I've used other web browsers also, chrome, explorer, firefox all the same problem.

Should i take my computer into the shop? Thats what my internet provider recommended.
It's just not my computer, my mates are here their trying to log in, same problem.
So its something wrong with my DNS?

Run CCleaner, clean your reg with it and files. Scan for viruses with Malware anti scanner, and reset your internet. If that doesn't work, then I don't know.

I havn't downloaded anything. It was when my mate came over, so my suspicions are on him.

If your friend did download something, the only way to delete it (like a keylogger) is to clear your hard drive completely.

ok, i have an error on my main PC were the router is connected to, and its saying something about HTTP and HTTPS and our ports etc...

Anyone know anything about that?

I FIXED IT I went on to the main PC, checked FireWall settings, someone had changed all the ports :\ Leaning towards my little brothers fault there, anyways i done a V scan nothing on it we scanned all the computers in the house 3 laptops and 1 pc none of them had any type of virus. But im happy now i can appeal my banned accounts Come on Dykero write me out something to appeal for macroing. i will love you forever.

Malware bytes is the best also ccleaner those will find it most likely!

Moron, just to be safe, you should probably run ComboFix. It's one of the most powerful virus removal programs. It can be found here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/combofix

Don't worry if someone says that it's a dangerous program to run. I'm a computer technician. I run it daily and haven't had a problem. I guarantee combofix will find something on your computer.
