computer question

Its a custom built pc, the only way i can turn off the computer is clicking shutdown in start (windows 7) wait for it to turn off and the fans to stop and unplug it. Is it ok? Because If i dont unplug it my computer restarts by its self and ive tried everything to fix it in bios and under power settings nothing.

Wow that sounds a bit odd. But it could be shorting out. Make sure you have all standers in to seperate the motherboard, does it every shut off when its on randomly?

Just built it 2 weeks ago always had the problem and no it never shuts off by It self just when I try shutting down it restarts
