Coding/Devoloper Partner?

I always want to make an app. I am a graphic designer and it's just always been a dream. I can do basic/professional looking designs. Only problem is that I do not know how to code or publish an app. I can invest a decent amount of funds to get this started.

I am looking for a partner that will help me out with this project.

I would like to make either: Photo editing app or a simple game.

I will be splitting the profits 50/50.

Also, if you know anyone that owns an app, please redirect them to me.

If only this was a computer program haha. I dabbled in phone apps for a bit. Even still have xCode on my computer. Hope you find someone.

Yeah I agree @MCG is pretty knowledgeable in this area he has 4 apps on the app store.
