It's a bad idea to put anything in writing that you wouldn't want a prosecutor to read while you're on trial.

Hahahaha I'm sorry but if your dumb enough to get caught selling bud then txt messages on your phone won't matter. I know because my friend was caught after 5+ years of selling and I was txting him the day he was caught if I could buy some wax and bud. He said that they can't do anything with just txt messages or even voicemails.

I never said they couldn't listen to your conversations or read your txts... I said that you can't get in trouble for having those txts.

So that it can help catch criminals with bigger shit, and notice I said "help". People post pictures of them smoking bud illegally all over the internet and they don't get in trouble. My point is, is that the gov is not looking for any small time shit like this.
