Go to forums, Then 2nd from top in popular games go to Call of duty 4 or world at war discussion.
Theres usually alot of people hosting mod menu lobbys. Most of the menus have a pick a prestige 1-10 option.
Just get an invite from them or join there sesh when they are in the pre game lobby. Then back out and go to split screen. The map should be a checkerboard. Start the split screen with no options changed. You will be kicked from the split screen and should have some sort of clan tag. Then join there session and when they are ready they will start the game. Once the infection is complete you will be kicked from the game and then go straight to private match and do whatever options you like. Any questions about the menu ask the host.
