4-people: 10th Lobby and Lifetime Infections ($12.00)
Full Lobby: 10th Lobby and Lifetime Infections ($20.00)

WaW
1-person: 10th Lobby and Lifetime Infections ($5.00)
2-people: 10th Lobby and Lifetime Infections ($8.00)

Full Lobby: 10th Lobby and Lifetime Infections ($20.00)
Modded Zombies : (Depends on People)
(Insta-Rounds, Super Jump, Triple tap, Super Juggarnaut, and Infinate Ammo)

Certain Infections:
GB Infections (Stealth)
Teleporters
Super Jump
VIP Menu ($5.00 Extra)

Yet, you may be able to get these for free from few people, the ranks get reset and the infections aren't lifetime. Plus not many do modded zombies. Nuff Nuff

As others have said, people do these for free. Ranks do not get reset, and the infections are lifetime. I see modded lobbies every single day, including zombies. You are doing nothing different that is worth paying for.
