It's good. The two downfalls is:

1) The text. Simplicity can be good!
2) The border. It seems the render goes through it?

The border is set on color burn so it kind of gives a transparent feel or like you're looking thru glass

The text is simple imo, simple font and didn't even use glows please elaborate?

light source on the right shouldn't be there (doesn't look natural)
text placement is dull, I keep looking at the render, then the text, then the render, doesn't flow

border is interesting though

also look up rule of thirds, helps quite a bit when making tags

also what light source on the right do you see?
I've read a lil bit on rule of thirds but not a fan of tutorials everything I know about Photoshop I have discovered on my own or with very little help from a select few gfxers that I really trust

the light source I circled and the dark shading on the side of his hood don't go naturally together.

And between the 2, I prefer the first one

I prefer the current one it your sig. But the text isn't great. Remove the outer glow/stroke. And Cheese it's better to have a simple font so the focus is more to the render.
