He isn't saying that the bid was $75. He is asking why didn't you put,

SO-$125
BIN-$150 or whatever you have it at.

SO means Starting Offer.

But when you put,

BID-$125
BIN-$150

It looks like someone has already placed a bid or you want it to look like someone already placed a bid.
