That is a lie because you would only get temporarily game banned not permanent profile banned lol..

This was not your first offense then, as the only ban you might get would be 2-14days, and you would not get reset on MW3

Well I got banned till 9999 and it was a fresh silver and I didn't even play on it after he did it. It's permbanned from XBL till 9999

You can't do a recovery on a silver account it has to have gold....

I've gotten a recovery before, but it was from someone else and it was the same thing. If your stats are legit, theres only like a 20% ban chance.

This seems legit. Prices might be a little high imo because the game is out-of-date.
