Clean out this section + a suggestion

While I was making my directory to this section, I noticed there was A LOT of posts and threads that were just 'there'. This section needs some cleaning up. For example;

Also there should be a section just for Feedback and Suggestions. People think they can ask ANY sort of question here since the title of the section is 'Questions & Suggestions'

I am assuming that Philly meant 'Questions' by site related questions for support. However, people use this section to ask random questions, such as help with LR, the price for a gamertag etc.

In my opinion, I believe this should be fixed.

Oh and stupid questions like "YO WHO OWNS THIS AIM YO OG AIM 420 SWAG HERE" should also be disallowed from that section.
