A lot lol. It's not even a quarter of the way done.

I have 4 more weeks to work on it.

mmm I don't know, there is osmething missing but I don't know what. Probably something with the ambient occlusion or some other shader. Pretty cool though

To be honest I agree with 8Mike, the object is good but there is something missing in the light effects. And in the last image the shape of turn in the wire coming from switch to the egg is a bit weird looking for me.
