If you look the buttons at the top right minimize Thats what they are talkign about
The buttons are not suppos to decrease in size I don't think

On any application / Programme you cant normally shrink the Window Bar part, or the - [] x part... But this defines it :S I jst did it and i couldnt get it back for a while
