Jagex has a strict no item-return policy.
I'm mutual friends with the guy who recovered her account, every account that interacted with chessy is now locked, even random people they showed at the GE are locked too apparently.

Honestly, they blew it by going public with the recover, they'd have a lot better chances if they kept it to themselves and transferred minuscule amounts over.
