Whenever you have 2b+ on items kept on death it shows 2b. Look @ nightmarerh's vid for proof

Try and recover Chessy018's account. You get a message that it's locked.
 
Most of the accounts traded the gp to got banned...

But the FoE group (group who hacekd them) say that they still have a mule thats not banned.

Jagex has a strict no item-return policy.
I'm mutual friends with the guy who recovered her account, every account that interacted with chessy is now locked, even random people they showed at the GE are locked too apparently.

Honestly, they blew it by going public with the recover, they'd have a lot better chances if they kept it to themselves and transferred minuscule amounts over.
